Castration and spaying for your pet, as well as advice on when and why to perform them. As well as surgical castration, we also offer the hormonal implant for dogs.

We offer both surgical and hormonal implantation for ferrets and polecats. We are also experienced in neutering species such as guinea pigs, rats and hamsters.

Microchipping

Legally required for dogs over eight weeks old, and cats over 20 weeks. We can also microchip other species.

We have a good network of referral specialists that we communicate with regularly for more complex cases.

We offer repeat and written prescriptions, and you can order and collect your pet’s medication from your usual branch.

Health monitoring programmes for pets of all ages, including new puppy and kitten health checks and check-ups for senior pets.

Nurse clinics

Our friendly registered veterinary nurses can advise on a range of health care topics, such as weight, behaviour and grooming, and can provide services such as claw clips.

Diet and nutrition

Diet and nutrition

We offer weight management programmes and prescription diets, and can offer advice on how to help your pet maintain a healthy weight.

Diagnostics

Diagnostics

We have an excellent in-house diagnostic laboratory, allowing for fast and accurate results. Our in-house diagnostic equipment includes excellent x-ray, ECG and ultrasound facilities.

Cardiology

Cardiology

Our excellent diagnostics allow us to work up most cardiology cases with special blood pressure monitors, ECG, x-ray and ultrasound equipment in-house, with more complex cases being referred to our local specialist centre.

We are able to offer home visits, where possible and appropriate. Please get in touch to discuss booking a home visit with our team.
